This is a working, used Apple MacBook Pro 15 Retina (Glossy screen, 2880 x 1800 resolution) A1398 model Mid 2014 2.2GHz Intel Core i7-4770HQ laptop. It has 16GB of built-in RAM (memory) and has a 512GB solid state drive (SSD). It will boot with a completely fresh install of macOS 11 Big Sur operating system. It has the 1.5GB shared Intel Iris Pro Graphics 5200.

The top and bottom have scratches and dents. The keyboard and trackpad work great but the A key is worn.

The glass screen has the issue with the anti-glare coating coming off (shown in picture). There is a speck in the glass finish in the lower right bezel area. There is a webcam sliding cover still installed. The battery is still good with a cycle count of 245.

It comes with a working Apple power adapter and longer extension cable. The power adapter has a lot of wear and I patched a few digs in the cable with white liquid electrical tape.
